Parmesan-Buttermilk Dressing

This is my interpretation of a sour cream house dressing from a restaurant I formerly worked at in Arizona. We used it as a dip for French fries and onion rings, as well as a topping for burgers and, of course, salad. I wish you enjoyment.

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups buttermilk
  2. 1 ½ cups sour cream
  3. 1 cup mayonnaise
  4. ¾ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  5. 3 tablespoons white vinegar
  6. 1 tablespoon garlic salt
  7. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  8. 1 ½ teaspoons ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk buttermilk, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, vinegar, garlic salt, parsley, and pepper together in a bowl until combined; some chunks are expected.
  2. Transfer to a large mason jar and chill until flavors are blended, at least 3 hours.
