The Paloma is the most popular tequila cocktail in Mexico. It uses two of the country’s famous ingredients: Squirt, a Mexican soda, and reposado tequila. This recipe captures the soul of the original drink with a few personal upgrades. I’ll also explain why you should have a no-fuss approach when creating a salt rim.
