I was inspired to make this chicken with rosemary after visiting Italy. I noticed the delicious aroma of roast chicken coming from a vendor while I was in Vicenza at an outdoor market. I bought one and examined what was inside to understand why it tasted so nice. This is how I also cook turkey.

Ingredients

  1. 10 ice cubes
  2. 1 banana
  3. 4 teaspoons maple syrup
  4. 4 teaspoons brown sugar
  5. 1 cup eggnog
  6. ¼ cup orange juice
  7. ¼ cup vanilla yogurt

Instructions

  1. Blend the ice, banana, maple syrup, brown sugar, eggnog, orange juice, and vanilla yogurt together in a blender until smooth.

Made this w/o the maple syrup and with fat free plain yogurt to cut the calories and fat. Pretty good!
