Made this evening for dinner. Except for using 1lb ground turkey, I followed the recipe exactly. Very easy to make with lots of flavor. The ginger mayonnaise was the perfect condiment. Next time, I will increase the ginger by 1/2 teaspoon for more punch. Perfect as a burger or for sliders. Rave reviews from Hubby. Will definitely make again. You won’t be disappointed.
This was a hit with our family. I made it with 1 lb of ground turkey instead and used the teriyaki sauce as a condiment.
I agree with the other reviewers. This is great recipe and a nice change. The ginger mayonnaise is great with the burgers. I have been making these since 2006.
