Green smoothies and clean eating are new to me. Even though I don’t like vegetables, this smoothie is great if you get past the pear and grape skin and thick leaves. However, it greatly assists if you set the blender to liquefy.

Ingredients
- 1 pear, cored
- 1 cup green grapes
- ⅓ cup water
- ½ cup chopped fresh pineapple
- ½ banana, frozen
- ½ cup chopped bok choy
- ½ cup chopped kale
- 1 orange, peeled
- ice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
Instructions
- Combine pear, grapes, water, pineapple, banana, bok choy, kale, orange, ice, and mint in a large blender. Blend, starting on low speed and increasing to high, until smooth. Turn blender to liquefy setting for a smoother texture.
