One pound of pasta can be covered with a creamy Alfredo sauce that includes cheese and baby bellas (crimini mushrooms).

Prep Time: 5 mins
Cook Time: 20 mins
Total Time: 25 mins
Servings: 6

Ingredients

  1. 1 tablespoon salted butter
  2. 6 frozen tilapia fillets, thawed
  3. 1 tablespoon seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®)
  4. ½ tablespoon garlic salt, or more to taste
  5. 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  6. 1 (10 ounce) package frozen broccoli

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a shallow baking dish.
  2. Place tilapia fillets in the prepared baking dish. Cut butter into 6 pieces and place 1 on top of each fillet. Season fillets with seafood seasoning and garlic salt and squirt a little lemon juice over each one. Arrange broccoli around the fillets.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until fish is flaky and white all the way through and broccoli is blanched but still a little crunchy, about 20 minutes.

I added some fresh asparagus with the broccoli, just because I had it. Asparagus was still crunchy but tasted good. Thanks for the easy recipe! Will definitely make this again!

Great alternative to breading & frying fish. Tasty too. Quick fix for dinner with little clean up. I heated up a package of Udon noodles in micro, than quickly stirred in a touch of Sesame Oil & Soy Sauce.
