I attended a potluck where this dessert was provided by someone. On top of a thick cake layer lies a delicious blueberry and sour cream layer. The dessert is fantastic! Enjoy your dish after adding whipped cream!

Ingredients

  1. 6 medium Apples, raw
  2. ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  3. ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats (such a Quaker®)
  4. ⅓ cup brown sugar
  5. ¼ cup white sugar
  6. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  7. ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  8. ¼ teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Place cored apples on a baking sheet. Mix butter, oats, brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves together in a bowl. Stuff apples with filling.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until apples are tender, 25 to 35 minutes.
