There is no need to wait for the dough to rise when using this no-rise pizza dough recipe, which only requires combining a few simple ingredients and slapping the dough onto the pan.

Good recipe. Made the following modifications: Bread flour Olive oil Garlic powder Onion powder I let the dough rest for 10 mins. Placed the dough in an oiled cast iron skillet. Started on the stove top until the crust got some color. Cooked for recommended time. Added olive oil, fresh Parm, and fresh basil at the table.

So easy, so quick. I’ve made this many times and it is always great. Many times I’ll substitute 1 cup whole wheat flour. LOVE THIS DOUGH!

It was pretty good but instead of vegetable oil I used olive oil and I did mess up on it I did not have enough cheese or sauce but that was my fault

I was originally going to half the recipe but only ended up halving the flour (oops!) so I needed in the rest after realizing my mistake. I used whole wheat flour just to make it a bit healthier. Turned out great! I rolled it out quite easily. Definitely not the same as regular pizza dough but great nonetheless.

Good recipe when there’s not time for letting it rise. I used bread flour and it was delicious and crunchy.

excellent quick – spur of the moment pizza crust!!! Makes a nice crisp crust very quickly. Thank you! (note, this is not a deep dish, risen dough, that takes a little more time, and planning ahead. We use Jay’s recipe for that. This is for those times when you want pizza in 30 minutes – excellent!!!!)

This recipe is perfect. Quick , easy and the taste is perfect! Exactly what I was looking for! Thank you!! By the way… Allrecipes really needs a dislike button for reviews. Some of these are ridiculous. “I only used half of the dough and put it on a large sheet and it hard.” “ This (quick no rise) recipe needs work. First you should let it rise. Second, I like more salt and garlic in mine, so I’m gonna take away a star for that too. Oh, and I like honey too. (Deducts an star) And now that it is no longer a quick dough you can throw together on a busy night, it needs to be rolled after you make it exactly to my preferences so no star for that either. Bake it exactly as written if you’re going to add a review. Or add what you like because you are, in theory, a capable grown adult. However, you sound ridiculous when you leave a review saying it was terrible after you’ve changed everything or missed the entire point of a recipe.

I love this recipe. I put all the ingredients into my bread machine and put it on the dough setting then when done I press it onto a pizza pan and we have dinner. Great fast recipe.

I double the recipe to make 3 pizzas. Make it in the afternoon, then rests until dinner. Olive oil instead of vegetable, always king Arthur flour. Bake on a pizza stone preheated at 500 bake for 7 minutes. Love it!

HOW ON GOD’S GREEN EARTH DOES THIS RECIPE HAVE A 4.5 RATING!!!!!!! First of all, I only used half the dough for a large cookie sheet and this recipe is TERRIBLE! The crust on the bottom is hard and chewy and No I did not overcook or burn it. I will NEVER use this recipe again and it boggles my mind that over 800 people gave this a 5 star rating. What the heck! And the ONLY reason I gave it a one star is because I HAVE to in order to leave a comment.

Very simple and perfect when in a hurry. I find letting the dough rest for a few minutes before use makes it more pliable.

Easy and turned out perfect

Hi Guys, hope you are well. I would like to try this recipe, I am however deciding whether I want to proof the yeast or not. Do advise – do I add more yeast if I double or triple the recipe. Be blessed!

i made it in my bread maker, just on dough setting, it turned out wonderful

Easy recipe. Made it with my stand mixer, added maybe a 1/4 cup of water to the recipe, and of the optional herbs I added Mexican oregano. I baked it in a cast iron at 450F. I think the finished dough needed a bit more salt

Your “go to” recipe for homemade pizza

Yummy… Simple but nice flavor and very filling. Crust could use improvement but that was on me just as much or more than the actual recipe

Kid approved, quick and easy too! I did add a bit more water as it seemed a bit dry, but it work out perfectly.
