Ingredients
- 1 to 2 ounces chocolate syrup
- 4 ounces milk
- Splash seltzer
Instructions
- Place chocolate syrup into tall glass. Add milk and stir. Add seltzer and stir.

I didnt have Ubet chocolate syrup…used Hersheys. If you want one bad enough…this will do!
I miss this cake being from back east and now in the west where the folks here despite their own flavours have no idea how delish east coast foods can be!
