Really tasty and moist! Delicious!
The recipe was delicious. I made four quarter pound burgers. I used chopped red bell pepper, white onion and the seasonings. I cooked 7 minutes on one side and 3-4 minutes after flipping. I will make this again.
I made these tonight Love em. I can’t have garlic so omitted it. Thanks for sharing. I have IBS and this was perfect and easy
I would add a bunch of grated Asiago cheese for flavour, and an egg or two mixed in to keep the patties together as someone complained they were falling apart. My preference would be to use ground turkey rather than chicken but that is just my own tastes jumping in.
Made it how the recipe said. Except I just grabbed a handful of meat and made it into a pattie. Tastes great!!
Easy to make and good. My 8 year old liked it too.
I added some dried parsley flakes to the mixture and some grated Parmesan cheese to the bread crumb coating. Served on French style buns with lettuce, mayo and honey mustard and a side of onion rings. YUM!
My daughter wanted to try something new, we are not big beef eater’s they turned out really good
Firm, good texture and taste. Made it twice now, family favorite, so far.
These are great! I used a little less onion and very little garlic (family is not a fan of too much garlic). Easy to put together. A go-to meal in our house now. The recipe translates well to increasing ingredients to make more burgers.
I really loved this recipe! Great for watching your weight (or cholestrol, like me) and can be served on a bed of lettuce. I should have made pickeled onions, oh well next time. I did serve with coleslaw that I made though. Sorry, I forgot to take a picture.
I added some more spices – some steak spice and onion salt and added a little cheddar on the top before serving – otherwise, followed the recipe and it was so good my husband kept saying “these are really good” and even “we need to eat these more often” and that’s coming from a die-hard beef burger fan! They’re good! I will make them again.
I’ve made this recipe on so many nights, I’ve had to double and triple it for different occasions and it never ceases to fail! I did not (and will not) change anything! It has become a family favorite!!!!
I made these in the air fryer. I kept the ingredients the same. They we’re good and 9 year old kid approved!
Simple and delicious
It was a hit. Followed the recipe exactly
Made it per instructions. Really simple and quick–dinner was ready way earlier than I’d planned. Came out great! The cooking instructions of 5-6 minutes per side were just right. Patties came out thoroughly browned, but about 175 inside. Daughter announced a couple of bites in that she was definitely aboard for seconds.
I mostly followed this recipe. I use a bit more bread crumbs and panko. I make the panko into a finer crumb. My family love love loves this recipe. I always make extra. My future son in law has asked for this recipe, it’s challenging for him, or so he says. I think he doesn’t enjoy cooking and always asks me to make extra so I send him home with another 2 or so meals for the week. Thanks so much for this recipe!!??
We usually make turkey burgers but ground chicken breast was on sale this time — so I decided to try this recipe. They were the best burgers we have had in years! The only change I made to the recipe was to not use breadcrumbs but instead to use ground up crackers. The grated onion makes all the difference. I put in a little bit of fresh parsley and they were heavenly!
Just delicious!
Very moist and nicely seasoned. I didn’t have Italian bread crumbs so used panko with 1/2 tsp of Italian herbs. I can see using this recipe, taking out the herbs and putting in soy sauce and chili garlic sauce to make it spicy just to mix it up. Just a great base recipe.
