Meatballs in the traditional beef stroganoff sauce. Over rice or egg noodles, if desired.

Ingredients

  1. 1 fluid ounce sparkling water, or to taste
  2. 1 teaspoon clear mint syrup
  3. ice cubes
  4. 1 teaspoon white sugar
  5. 1 fluid ounce brewed espresso
  6. 1 tablespoon whole milk, or as needed
  7. 2 leaves fresh mint, or to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix sparkling water and mint syrup together in a tall glass. Add 2 ice cubes and sugar; stir well. Add more ice to the glass.
  2. Gently spoon espresso into the glass; add milk. Garnish glass with mint.

This iced coffee was different to say the least. I followed the recipe with no deviations, even making my own mint syrup. Makes a very small serving, about 1/4 cup. Good thing because I didn’t really care for it. Thanks for the recipe anyways.
