Ingredients

  1. 1 cup light soy sauce
  2. 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  3. 1 tablespoon chile pepper water
  4. 1 pound sashimi-grade tuna, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
  5. Tobiko, thinly sliced scallions and toasted sesame seeds, for serving

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil and chile pepper water in a medium bowl. Add the tuna and mix well. Let the mixture sit for a few minutes before serving.
  2. To serve, top with the tobiko, thinly sliced scallions and toasted sesame seeds.
