Melty Cheese and Tomato Sandwiches

These open-faced cheese and tomato sandwiches are grilled till oh-so-mellow, then drizzled with Thousand Island dressing.

Ingredients

  1. 4 slices sourdough bread
  2. ⅔ cup shredded Swiss cheese
  3. ¼ cup Marie’s® Thousand Island dressing
  4. 10 pear tomatoes, sliced
  5. ½ cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Toast bread in toaster oven or grill pan. Layer 1/3 cup cheese, Marie’s Thousand Island dressing, and tomato slices evenly over the bread slices. Top with the remaining cheese. Grill or broil until cheese has melted, about 3 minutes. Sprinkle with green onions.
