Special crispy crunch to each pea n a delicious flavor!

Quick and easy recipe. Only change I made was using fresh herbs and a few mushrooms.
Johnny Norris
Made according to the recipe, and it was very tasty. It was a nice change from Caesar Salad to accompany Chicken Parm.

So very good! The garlic, butter and lemon marry so well together. I could have done without the olive oil but all in all it’s a very good recipe and the first time I’ve had snow peas that weren’t Asian inspired. I’ll definitely be making them again!

I made this recipe exactly as shown, and I wouldn’t change a thing! This was my first time growing Snow Peas and I was nibbling on a few when I found them on the vine. Today though, I found a bunch of them all ready to eat, and since I have never cooked them before, I looked for a recipe and I found this one. Delicious!

Great! Easy! Used fresh peas and herbs from the garden: oregano, basil, chives. Used 2 tbspns of water, stir fried for just 2 minutes, omitted the olive oil at the end. Will be my go-to snow pea recipe from now on ????

A delicious dish that is quick and easy. As another reviewer said, make it just as written; but you can add more garlic to keep the vampires away (or if you love garlic as much as I do). If the Italian seasoning seems too strong you may need to try a premium brand such as Spice House, available online. Their spices are blended perfectly – no bitterness or “weird” taste.

This turned out SO delicious. I doubled the recipe.

added more garlic

Excellent flavor and the beans remained crisp

These were good, easy, and fast to make. Will keep them in the roster of quick sides to make again.

I bought some giant snowpeas at the farmers market (can’t recall the name of this particular variety). I used olive oil instead of butter, but otherwise made the recipe as directed. They were delicious. The lemon juice was a nice foil to the natural sweetness of the snowpeas. I served them with oven fried parnesan chicken and rice.

I’m a pretty good cook and foodie. The Italian seasoning did not work at all in this- made it bitter and out shines the sweetness of the snow peas. Will keep looking for a better recipe

I was going to add them to some couscous. They were so delicious, I just ate the snow peas.

Delicious. Used 1 tablespoon lemon juice.

I liked it, but I would cut down on the butter and oil a bit the next time, and maybe add a bit more lemon juice.
Daniel Torres
Like other reviewers, I liked the change from the usual Asian flavour. I will certainly make it again, probably try it with different vegetables too.
