Every time I attend a party, people want me to bring this Mediterranean dip. You’ll like this dip if you like hummus and vegetables! Serve with tortilla chips or homemade pita chips.

Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 ¼ cups hummus
- 1 cup chopped, seeded Roma tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped cucumbers
- ½ cup kalamata olives, sliced
- ⅓ cup chopped red onion
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, garlic, lemon juice, and Italian seasoning together. Spread mixture onto the bottom of a round 10-inch dish. Spread hummus on top.
- Mix tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, and red onion together in a bowl; spread over the hummus. Sprinkle feta cheese on top. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- You can substitute green onion for the red onion and black olives for the Kalamata if desired.

Everyone loved it! I used Greek seasoning instead of Italian and an herb hummus. I forgot the garlic but it was still good. Can’t wait to try it again with the garlic though! I squeezed a little extra lemon on the top. It was a great dip that didn’t seem too heavy. Perfect for a summer appetizer!
