These homemade energy bars are the best; they taste fantastic! If you want to increase your fiber intake and are tired of giving your kids those boxed, tasteless, dry granola bars, try making them.

How surprising what mayonnaise can do. I followed the recipe as is except I had no garlic salt so used garlic powder and sea salt without the cayenne. I had no time to marinade as others suggested, and it didn’t need it. Large shrimp (16/20) needed only 2-3 minutes on grill per side. Whole family loved it!

Super easy! I used old bay in the mayoand it was so good. Everyone loved it!

Quick, Easy, Just a Few Ingredients & Absolutely Delicious. I don’t have a grill so I used my grill pan on the stove, which didn’t need 5 to 10 minutes. This is definitely in the rotation.

I got to say it looked gross before grilling but it turned out very good!

This was delicious!! I used Creole Kick seasoning with lemon Pepper and Garlic Salt, and after adding the Mayo I put the bowl in the fridge to marinate for about 2 hours. We don’t have a BBQ so I used my air fryer – 400 degrees for 11 minutes with the turn feature. Fantastic!!

Delicious and easy! I only used 1/2 c of mayonnaise and it was perfect for our taste. Also tried the same recipe for chicken breast kabobs and again tender and tasty.

Awesome! My finicky 80ish year old parents and their friends loved this recipe! It will be even better with the shells off, not just de-veined! Instead of skewers, I cooked the shrimp on a non-stick grill grid for the recommended cooking time.

This shrimp is delicious. I added read pepper flakes and went a little heavy with the garlic. Some minced garlic would be good too

I think my grill was too low and it turned out tough, but the flavor was awesome so I will try it again at a higher temp for shorter period of time. Went great with grilled pineapple with a balsamic glaze

Very easy to make. Our grill broke, but it worked well on the skillet!

Amazingly easy yet unbelievably & absolutely delicious!!! Sometimes simple is better, this is one of them times. I didn’t change anything at all and I’ve made it quite a few times. 8 I enjoy the praise I get and people asking me for the recipe. Maui – wowieeeeee! This shrimp is a big hit! Thank you!!

Delicious. I may have put a bit more garlic salt, I didn’t measure, but it was perfect for my taste. I also used Siracha instead of cayenne (didn’t have any) which I mixed into Light Mayo. I also cooked on an indoor grill, no skewers. Came out amazing. Easy and delicious.

Made this dish on 11/10/19 and it was delicious! Served it with green peas, wild and long grain rice

Followed this recipe exactly and it was fantastic! I’m sure you can add seasonings like Old Bay if you don’t want to, no worries, its super tasty just as written. I did marinate the shrimp for about an hour beforehand however. I couldn’t believe how mayo can bring flavour to shrimp like this. Everyone at the table raved. Will definitely make this one again and again. Thank you for a great fast recipe that makes me look so good.

This was so simple and delicious. I added cajun seasoning and sprinkled over shrimp and it added a lot of flavor. This was a big hit at at a little family cookout. Cooks fast, is easy to make and skewer can be placed on grill after everything else is cooked and ready.

I followed the recipe including the cayenne. Very easy and my husband said he thought it was about the best shrimp he’d ever had. We’ve had some very good shrimp through our years together so – wow. Plus it kept all the heat of cooking outside!
Victor Castillo
Wow this was great!! My husband loved it too. Normally he likes his shrimp pretty plain, but this was gone quickly! I left off the hot pepper, personal presence, but the flavor and presentation were good. Thanks for the recipe!

Wow was this yummy!! All my guest kept saying this is the best shrimp they have ever had. So quick and easy. I will be making this again soon.

Delicious. Didn’t have exact seasonings at rental condo we’re staying at. I substituted cajun seasonings & garlic powder. I also added a couple TBSP of OJ to the Mayo for citrus. I’ll do exact recipe at home but this shrimp was outstanding!

It’s the bomb! So easy! Marinated peeled jumbo shrimp for 20 mins cooked in the airfryer oven.

Kids wouldn’t eat this stuff….my husband and I weren’t too impressed either…this recipe was included as a quick meal to prepare on a school night….waste of food and time. We had hot dogs instead. Some of those other recipes that were included I know my kids won’t eat either…don’t send any more suggestions if kids can’t eat it.
