Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 large garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 pound Kalamata olives
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine vinegar, oil, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper. Pour marinade over olives. Marinate in refrigerator until ready to eat.
