Made it for Thanksgiving 2021. Fresh Brussel sprouts, bacon, and the maple gaze made it a side-dish for the ages.

Great recipe! We added some onions and drizzled with Sriracha AND maple syrup. Delicious!

This recipe was easy and a great complement to steak.

I did not add as much maple syrup. For one who never thought I liked brussels sprouts, these were delish!

The only changes I made was to put it under the broiler for 30 seconds then turn brussels over and broil for 30 seconds on the other side to give it that nice caramelized taste. Also added a Tablespoon of sweet chili sauce to give it a little kick. Yum!

I scissor trimmed the bacon into 1/2 inch pieces. Put the Brussels and bacon on a foil lined cookie sheet. Stirred every 5 minutes so Brussels cooked in the bacon fat. Added maple syrup last 10 minutes to carmelize.
