Perfect for taco night side and a great alternative to traditional avocado recipes.
Nice refreshing salad. I served it with spicy chicken enchiladas.
Fantastic, sweet, refreshing with tang and great mouth feel! Thanks, Sunny!
This was delicious.Couldn’t find jicama so I substituted chestnuts, which were just perfect. I would suggest making this the night before because the favors had time to blend. I will definitely be making this again
Delicious recipe! Ate as a salad last night and used as a salsa on a turkey wrap tonight. I will be making this often!
Good summer recipe!

Thank you for this recipe. It was delicious and straight forward even for me. I made this for my mother and she thought it was from a restaurant.
