Ingredients
- cooking spray
- 1 ½ pounds lean ground beef
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a loaf dish with cooking spray.
- Mix ground beef, ground turkey, eggs, Cheddar cheese, Worcestershire, Italian seasoning, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper thoroughly in a large mixing bowl. Place in the prepared pan. Cover.
- Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, about 1 hour. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).

Reviews
Good flavor but it could use a bit more salt. It was a little dry, but I drizzled it with pan drippings upon serving which helped. I couldn’t even tell there was cheese in it, so next time I’d either add more, or leave it out completely. It comes out of the oven looking really pale because of the turkey so I suggest removing the foil for last 10-15 mins. I served it with mashed cauliflower for a nice low carb meal.
