This is delicious and easy. I make it with jumbo lump crab as I prefer that to lobster. I serve it in fancy wine glasses and has quickly become a family favorite!

Absolutely delish!!! This is a super staple healthy lunch for me! I can’t wait to make it for others!

Such a great recipe.  I add young fresh raw corn, grape tomatoes, arugula and red onions, because that’s in the garden.  I eyeball vinaigrette with more even ingredients and a touch of avocado oil.  Always well received.

12/2015 – I made these for Christmas day but did not do the shot glasses. I bought four 4-ounce lobster tails and nucked them to cook. I chopped the meat and added cooked chopped shrimp to supplement to 2 cups. I made it in the morning and refrigerated until serving. I fried wonton wrappers that I halved triangularly and that was a great way to serve this fabo appetizer!! Everyone loved it.

Love this! Made it for New Year’s Eve. Super easy; really good! Agree with previous posting— Would make it all the time if lobster wasn’t so expensive in the midwest.

I made this for Christmas dinner…it was truly amazing! I had everything prepped & ready before dinner. I had the lime marinade ready and waiting in the frig (I substituted the tarragon for cilantro. Avocado diced and sprinkled with lime juice, Lobster chopped sitting separately in the frig. At the last minute gently tossed all three. I placed the watercress at the bottom of martini glasses and let the lime marinade drizzle down. I was cold refreshing and lite. I will be repeating this recipe for New Year’s Eve, with Shrimp & Cod…I can’t wait!

Quite good. My guests liked it somewhat better than me.
