Ingredients

  1. 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature
  2. 1 (14-ounce) can condensed milk
  3. 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  4. 1 tablespoons lemon zest
  5. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  6. 1 prepared graham cracker crust

Instructions

  1. Combine the cream cheese, milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix on medium speed until smooth. Pour into the pie crust. Refrigerate overnight.

Excellent quick and easy pie recipe. You can substitute orange juice and zest for a sweeter pie. Or lime juice and zest for a “key lime like” pie.
