We tried a parmesan crusted tilapia recipe a few days ago and that wasn’t a big hit with my hubby. But he loved this one and it’s lower in calories too!

Perfect! I cooked it for a friend who’s husband just had heart surgery (no salt or butter or fat). I omitted the butter. It was moist and juicy! Thank you!!!

I thought it was flavorful. I used unsalted butter so once finished I felt that it needed salt. I also baked it for only 15 minutes and it was perfect.

I made this recipe for the first time and pretty true to the recipe. I cut the butter in half and added a little more olive oil. I didn’t have oregano pepper or white pepper so used oregano and black pepper. And I didn’t use any salt. My husband and I really enjoyed this! I did forget to garnish with the parsley! We saved the left-over sauce and added it to the side of bulgur I made. Made that taste better!!! This is a keeper!

I’m not much of a fish eater and I LOVED this recipe. It was super easy, fast and delicious. The only thing I did differently was I added dill weed to the top only because I love dill. I will definitely make this again.

First time making tilapia. This recipe was straight up easy and was delicious without any changes. Husband is already asking me to put this in our dinner rotation.

Very simple to make and it was delucious.

I have never been a “fish person” until I made this recipe. Especially baked or broiled fish. BUT THIS RECIPE TAKES THE CAKE!!! It actually made me love fish, and I now make this at least once a month, if not more! My only problem is, I have to shop only once a month, since I have no transportation. So I get lots of frozen things. I wish I could buy fresh fish and since Covid hit, I’ve been forced to order groceries online and get them delivered. So shopping for fresh fish it out. I’m limited to the packets of frozen tilapia (or flounder or whatever white flaky fish I can get). The pieces in these packets are SO SMALL I end up having to cook two to three pieces for a meal. The fish pictured in this recipe is nice and thick. I know it’s not a problem with the recipe, but I had to vent somewhere!! Any suggestions on another very mild, white fish like this I could use?

Everything was perfect except for the timing. The first time I made it, I followed the recipe and the fish was completely overcooked and dried out. The second time I cooked it for 13 minutes and it was well done. (For those who like fish barely cooked, 10 minutes would have been sufficient.) Instead of melting the butter, I just put unmelted butter on the fish and let the butter melt in the oven.

It was amazing! Did it in low medium heat on the stove top with a nice simple salad. Came out perfect!

My wife doesn’t really care for fish, but she request this frequently.

I didn’t read the reviews before I prepared this. It came out a little dry,so next time I’ll use the EVO . I also put some sliced fresh lemon on each filet. The filets I used were thin and small. I reduced the oven heat to 350. I baked the filets for 20 minutes but I think 15 minutes would have been enough.

I did marinate the fish like an hour with lemon juice and some salt, garlic powder and Italian herbs. It really does taste good!

It was super tasty & juicy ! I just used an air fryer for this one for 15 min on 350 & it was nice and flaky and juicy it was blasting with flavor & I also added salt with the other ingredients! Definitely would make it again !

I made it for one. I think the time allotted for 4 was a bit too much so I will reduce the time when I do it again.

My family gave this 2.5 stars. Adding some salt helped it.

I added 1/3 cup of semi dry white wine and a little more lemon juice. Basically a great recipe for even salmon.
