This was delish! Great way to start the day. How is it not healthy with only 2Tbsp. sugar? Plus it has Greek yogurt and fruit. Lots of good carbs here with the fruit and yogurt. Food doesn’t have to be fat free, sugar free, and taste free to be healthy!

Way too much carbs and sugar:(

ain’t nothing healthy about this smoothie hence me giving it 1 star. but it sure does sound tasty. I will make it minus the sugar-strawberry step!!!

How can it be healthy with 82 grams of carbs and 59 grams of sugar??? That would put someone in a sugar coma!!!
