Since I only had Dasani Berry Unsweetened Sparkling Water in the kitchen, I used it instead of sprite. The unsweetened water has a berry essence, but is still bitter like seltzer water. it makes the drink much more naturally sweet and tasty plus it is a lot healthier than soda ( Bonus!! it’s still fizzy!! ) I live in a house where we don’t care about the presentation of food, as long as it is as good as it is supposed to taste, we don’t really care much. ( for example, my mom is a busy woman so she doesn’t take the time to slice the apples when she makes apple crisp, she cuts the apples into halves with the skins still on) Because of this, I chose to keep the kiwi fruit in the juice. it is delicious and refreshing, and it just might be my new alternate choice for lemonade stands!!

I must say I was pleasantly surprised with this drink. I thought it was wonderfully refreshing on a hot day. Instead of straining the kiwi juice into a cup though, I poured all the contents from the blender into cups. I wanted to keep the kiwi chunks! Thanks Bobby for this great drink!

I had to substitute some ingredients. I used ginger ale instead of Sprite since that’s all I had. This was a putrid green disgusting color but the taste was so fantastic. Excellent use of kiwis!
