Keto Italian Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients

  1. aluminum foil
  2. cooking spray
  3. 1 pound ground turkey
  4. 1 cup crushed pork rinds
  5. ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  6. 1 egg
  7. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  8. 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  9. 1 teaspoon onion powder
  10. 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  11. ⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
  2. Combine ground turkey, pork rinds, Parmesan cheese, egg, parsley, garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes in a large bowl. Mix with your hands until well combined.
  3. Scoop out meat mixture to form twelve 1 1/2-inch meatballs. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven until meatballs are no longer pink at the center and juices run clear, about 20 minutes.
