  2. ½ cup diced onion
  3. 5 green onions, chopped, white and green parts separated
  4. 3 cloves garlic, minced
  5. 1 ½ pounds ground beef
  6. 1 tablespoon chili-garlic sauce (such as sriracha)
  7. ½ teaspoon ground ginger

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced onion, white parts of the green onions, and garlic. Saute until onions are translucent and garlic is fragrant, about 5 minutes. 3. You can substitute olive oil for the sesame oil.

I don’t usually doctor a recipe the first time I try it, but with this one I did. Forgot to take a picture, but it turned out great! I substituted chili paste for the sriracha, rice wine vinegar for the apple cider vinegar, and ground pork for the ground beef. Will definitely make this again, quick and easy!

It was just ok. I was expecting more flavour. Found it a little bland. I drizzled sriracha on top but still seemed to be missing something.

My family loved this. I’ll add more slaw mix next time I make it. Highly recommend!

My family enjoyed this recipe! I would definitely make it again. I agree with the reviewer who recommended holding the salt. The soy sauce adds sufficient salt. You can always add, but you can’t take it out if you put too much in.

This is very tasty! It was easy to make and even quicker if you use a Cole slaw mix. I serve with shredded cheddar cheese on top! We Love it!

We love this stuff! I make it regularly. We like it with ground pork instead of ground beef. We have it with egg rolls or dumplings or noodles. It’s one of our faves and very healthy!

Really enjoyed this dish! It very much tastes like an egg roll. I used a meat alternative and a lower sodium tamari and it came out too salty. That could be because the alternative meat doesn’t absorb flavors like regular beef. Topped hubs plate with wonton noodles for a crunch and he ate it up! Will have to play around with this one, thank you for sharing!

This recipe is tasty and quick to make. Love the chili sauce added gives it a punch of flavor. I will be making this again.

Used 2 lbs of hamburger so I added a bit extra of everything, except the siracha. Turned out great! and super easy. I ma going to use whole garlic instead

Loved this! Very tasty and filling. Didn’t have siracha so used Harissa instead. I also added the Harissa, salt and pepper to the onion mix in the skillet, then added the beef. I also added the soy sauce and vinegar to the cole slaw first, then added to the beef in the skillet. Excellent and will definitely do again!

Easy and yummy!!!

A good quick basic stir-fry but for me it was a little bland. Probably a lot of stir-fry seasonings and flavor elements I’m used to are not keto-friendly (I do not follow keto, was just attracted to this recipe because I buy shredded cabbage frequently). This recipe was easy and a good base that you could build on to fit your needs/tastes.

Family loved it. I’m doing keto so served it over rice for them.

Love, Love, Love this dish! It is a regular in our house. i have never tried with beef. I’ve only made with ground pork and use rice vinegar in place of cider vinegar. But 5+ stars IMO!

This is an awesome recipe. I made it ground beef. My family loved it. Going to make it again. I served it up on Romaine lettuce leafs. Made a sauce on the side using the oil, vinegar and some of the garlic Chili sauce to drizzle on top. So yummy.

This was delicious and easy. I recommend tweaking with the spices and sesame oil to find a more Asian flavor without adding calories. I also prefer spicy food. Added some ginger dipping sauce and ate in lettuce wraps. Will have again!!

I used ground turkey and think ground beef would’ve been better. I took some other reviews’ advice and added some Hoisin Sauce, Rice Vinegar, and a little Sesame Oil. Overall, it’s definitely a keeper but think I’d rather turn it into a spring roll type thing. Served it over brown rice.

This was soooo delicious. We had leftovers the next morning with easy over eggs on top.

I’ve made this twice now, and it is easy and delicious!! The first time I used ground pork, and tonight I used a package of ground beef/pork/veal that was fantastic. I serve it over a bed of salad greens for a super easy, super satisfying meal. Oh, was I supposed to take a picture? It didn’t last long enough! 🙂
