The Russian food served at our wedding was particularly well-liked, especially this cheese salad recipe. It’s straightforward, acidic, and useful beyond sides. Spoon into tomato slices for a low-carb option, or serve on top of bread or crackers.

Reviews
I’ve been using this marinade for years….do yourself a favour and add a tablespoon of minced garlic to the marinade. I’ve grilled pork chops that I marinated in this and have people argue that I was actually serving steak.
It doesn’t get any easier than this and I was surprised how tender and flavorful this turned out with only 4 hours of marinating. Beef cost an arm and a leg right now so this recipe is perfect for a “cheap” cut of steak. Hubs came home with an oddball cut that was labeled as sirloin and it was just as tender as a NY strip after marinating in this.
