Ingredients

  1. 8 ounces tomato paste
  2. 12 ounces water
  3. 8 ounces white vinegar
  4. 1 1/2 ounces celery juice
  5. 6 ounces your favorite BBQ seasoning blend
  6. 6 1/2 ounces sugar
  7. 1/4-ounce cornstarch
  8. 1 to 2 drops liquid smoke (recommended: Wright Liquid Smoke)
  9. 1-ounce salt

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium-high heat, mix tomato paste and water together until smooth. Then add the remaining ingredients, in order. Cook over medium heat until sauce reaches 190 degrees F, about 5 to 10 minutes. Enjoy!

OMG! i love this BBQ sauce! It has a nice kick to it and tastes great on ribs! even my picky 12 year old loved it!
