Kale Chips

Kale seems to be all the rage, and I have jumped on the bandwagon like everybody else. I like these “chips” because they combine sweet, salt, and spicy. They’re the perfect crunchy snack between meals, and they are loaded with nutrients, especially vitamin K. K for kale!

I didn’t care for these. I used a teaspoon of Kosher salt and still too salty. Seemed to me there was too much oil. They burnt a little even though I watched them closely. The directions did not say to use parchment paper. When I went back and looked at the video, it appears parchment was used. I won’t make these again.

These are really good! The best ones I’ve ever had. I did follow the comments and cut the salt down and used kosher salt. Yummy

Best seasoning on any kale chip recipe I have ever tried.

These come out perfectly! Best kale chip recipe I have found. Adjusted to our taste. I reduced the salt slightly and upped the pepper a bit. Yummy, healthy crispy treat.

I love these kale chips. It looks like a massive amount but it really cooks down. I had to use smoked paprika for the spiced element because I didn’t have the other. I will make these again. Thanks Tricia from a dedicated snacker.

I love these but next time I’ll use less salt. They turned out way too salty. But still delicious!

I love salty but this was way too salty

More flavorful than your run of the mill kale chips, but I agree with a few of the reviews that they are too salty. Will try again but decrease the salt

Quite good. A tiny bit too salty for me, but the extra flavor from the vinegar, garlic, sugar, and cayenne is a real winner. Will definitely be making these again.

This is great.  I reduce the red pepper to 1/8 teaspoon and it was perfect!  I wanted something that was a healthy snack to keep me from making popcorn and 10pm.  This will do it.
