Have tried a few jerk seasoning recipes. Probably the best of all of them!

This is Not true Jerk chicken spice mix…. Authentic Jamaican Jerk chicken is made with either fresh or dried & ground SCOTCH BONNET peppers. But good try!

Love this! I almost left out the salt and sugar but decided to try as written. It is perfect. The only ingredient I didn’t have was the dried rosemary. This is perfect the way it is. Used on chicken thighs on the grill. Hubby loved them and I ate two, even though I was already full. I am trying on salmon today for lunch! Yum.

This recipe is top notch! I didn’t change a thing and it’s better than any store bought seasoning I’ve ever bought. I personally like more heat so next time I’ll add more hot ingredients. Thanks for the recipe!

This was awesome!

Used this recipe for Grilled Jerk Fish Tacos I was making. I didn’t make the full batch as I didn’t want a ton of it leftover. I omitted marjoram, sage, and rosemary as they were listed as optional ingredients at the time I printed the recipe and don’t seem common in jerk rubs. Combined rub with some olive oil, fresh squeezed orange and lime juice and felt our jerk fish tacos were pretty good! Thanks for the recipe!

Totally yummy! Covered chicken breasts in olive oil and then used the jerk rub. Really tasty! The ingredients are perfectly balanced. I can see using this in so many different ways. Thank you for the recipe!

This has an amazing flavor and was very easy to make. I tend to be sensitive to heat but this was perfect. Recipe makes a lot but like everyone else has mentioned, it’s easy to store. It would also be a great gift.

This is the one! Everyone has their own tastes but you won’t go wrong starting here. I like mine with a bit more heat and slightly less cinnamon. Great rub.

Wonderful flavorful rub! Do not leave out the rosemary or marjoram they go wonderful with it.

We loved this in a rub for grilled chicken. I used Coconut Sugar for the Turbinado and cut back a little on the cayenne. It was easy to cut the recipe to 1/3 which still made enough for a few batches of grilled chicken.

Delicious! Good blend of spicy and sweet. I skipped the salt completely and didn’t miss it.

Family loved it on chicken kabobs!

Made it, used it, everything worked out fine but flavor left me wanting, Amount of heat was spot on but didn’t taste much of anything else. My spices weren’t old. Maybe I didn’t use enough but thighs were covered. May increase other ingredients if I make again.
