Ingredients

  1. 1 red jalapeno
  2. 1 stalk celery
  3. 1 bunch scallions, tops only
  4. 1 bunch parsley
  5. 1 teaspoon salt
  6. Fresh black pepper
  7. 1 lemon, juiced
  8. 2 cups fine mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Char the jalapeno over an open flame. Peel and seed the jalapeno then dice and place into a food processor. Roughly chop the celery, parsley and scallion tops and add them to the food processor then cover and puree. Scoop out into a large bowl and add remaining ingredients and mix together. Serve with batterfried NY Strip, filet mignon or onion rings.
