Jalapeno Margaritas

Our easy make-ahead cocktail has a surprising kick, thanks to the addition of a whole jalapeno. (You can seed it if you want to tone down the heat.) Celery leaves provide an unexpected but cooling contrast.

Sounded really good, but not the way I made!

Excellent!
Made these last night and loved the hint of heat, delicious!

My favorite Margarita mix is adding Prickly Pear syrup to a basic Margarita recipe, then muddle  in, or use a garlic press to add juices from fresh  Jalapeños and Cucumbers. Then enjoy sipping on the many different levels of flavor

My favorite margarita recipe this far! Granted, I like spicy margaritas, and the celery gave it beautiful color and a fresh flavor! Seems weird but try it!

Confusing, Where is the INGREDIENTS list? I have never before seen a recipe here without a shopping list to make it. ;</

This drink is awful!  BEWARE!  You’ve been warned.

I omitted the celery leaves but otherwise made the recipe as-is. I was worried about the strength of the drink but it tasted delicious! If you’re driving, limit yourself to one. If you’re staying in (as we did this is a great recipe and the jalapeno adds an unexpected, moderately spicy twist on a classic. I’ll be making these again and again!

I didn’t find this margarita to be spicy at all. Maybe it was my jalapeños? It was okay, no one really loved it.

Tasty drink, but incredibly too strong! Lessen the amount of tequila to prevent a black out!

Cilantro and Jalapeno make a great flavor combination. I always muddle my jalapeno margaritas with a little bit of cilantro. Someone else mentioned – and I would definitely agree – that the tiniest bit of jalapeno make this thing SPICY!!!
