used this to marinade a trip tip and thought the vinegar might make the meat weird…. turned out fantastic… let it sit overnight and then grilled to yummy perfection

we’ve been using this marinade as an injection for our smoked meat for years. It makes a world of difference in both the taste and moistness of the meat. Love it!!

Best Marinade I’ve ever used. Works great with all meats. For those that are serious about grilling, this marinade is a must to try. I see why Jack wins all those contests!

So many times I have dried out the pork roast because my wife insist we over cook it. I inject a roast today with Jack’s marinade and it was moist, tender and sweet. I see now why he wins barbecue cook-offs. Great recipe!!!

I cooked two pork butts on my grill using Jack’s marinade and rub. They were awesome! I’ve never received so many compliments. It was the first time I’ve ever tried any BBQ. Jack’s recipes make it taste great. The hardest part was waiting all those hours to get to eat! My Southern husband was really impressed with this Yankee girl. Thanks!!

Absolutely delicious! I used the marinade with pork shoulder- marinated over night, then used his rub recipe and baked in the oven. Fell off the bone and was very flavorful!

We use the marinade on many different types of meat. It’s even awesome in turkey breast.
We adjust the heat for our taste.
Thanks for sharing such a great recipe!!

This was fast and easy to make.. And the possibilities are endless. Really tasty….Oh yeah I added a little honey to thicken it up!

I tried this for my first attempt at smoking a pork butt. It turned out very tender and tasty. This was somewhat of a surprise to me, because I’ve tried smoking beef briskets several times and, while flavorful, they don’t turn out tender enough.
