Ingredients

  1. 5 cups potato chips
  2. 2 cups shredded Cheddar
  3. 2 ounces crisp cooked bacon, chopped
  4. 1 cup sour cream
  5. 2 tomatoes, chopped
  6. 1/4 cup chopped chives

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Lay out the potato chips in an even layer on a baking sheet and top with the Cheddar and bacon. Bake until the cheese is melted, about 10 minutes. Top with dollops of the sour cream and the chopped tomato and chives. Serve warm.
