- 1 ½ teaspoons garlic granules
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 ¼ cups chicken broth
- ¾ cup farfalle pasta
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups roughly chopped fresh spinach
- ¼ cup julienned sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained
- 1 cup freshly shaved Parmesan cheese, or to taste
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian-style soffrito seasoning blend (such as Trader Joe’s®)

I really liked this recipe but the pasta was overcooked after 10 minutes and then 15 minutes natural release. I am going to try again because it was so easy and good otherwise. Maybe natural release right after it finishes cooking?
I used Kale instead of spinach and tomato puree instead of the tomato’s but still came out great!
Very Good. Super easy. I doubled the recipe for a family of four. Basically made as directed but used regular Italian seasoning, what I had on hand. The sauce was perfect, not runny, didn’t separate, and had a nice creamy texture. Reminded me of a common Italian dish served at a famous Italian restaurant. My family liked it very much. A keeper and would definitely make again. Thank you for sharing it!
Delicious! I doubled the chicken and skipped the cream, and it was perfect for a family of four.
Easy recipe. Great flavors. Skipped the sofrito seasoning, just added a little extra oregano and thyme. A definite keeper!
