Instant Pot® BBQ Rib Tips

  5.0 – 3 reviews  • Pork Rib Recipes

Buffalo tofu air-fried with Buffalo sauce after being breaded and fried. Without oil, prepare these hot vegan wing nibbles. The tofu gets a chewy texture from freezing, which improves this snack even more. Serve with vegan ranch dressing and fresh vegetables.

  2. ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  3. 2 pounds rib tips
  4. 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  5. 1 tablespoon BBQ rub
  6. 1 cup barbeque sauce

Love it! So very easy and tender.

This is my go-to recipe for ribs. My husband can’t swallow tough meat but loves ribs. Cooking them in the Instant Pot keeps them tender enough even for him. Plus they are really tasty. I just have to remember they will cook much longer than most items do when cooked in a pressure cooker. Also, I slather on the BBQ sauce and stick them in the oven for a few minutes. Easier than grilling and still really good.
