Ingredients

  1. ½ cup ice cubes, or as needed
  2. ½ cup 2% milk
  3. 1 ½ tablespoons pumpkin spice syrup (such as Torani®)
  4. 1 ½ tablespoons vanilla-flavored syrup (such as Torani®)
  5. 2 (1.25 ounce) shots brewed espresso
  6. whipped cream (optional)
  7. Ghirardelli® caramel sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Fill a cup halfway with ice cubes. Pour milk on top.
  2. Stir pumpkin spice and vanilla syrups into hot espresso. Pour flavored espresso over ice and milk. Garnish with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce if you like.

I like my coffee very sweet but this was way too sweet and I didn’t even add the caramel sauce! I added an additional 1/2 cup of coffee just to tone down the sweetness. This would taste better and be not so sweet by decreasing the amount of vanilla syrup.
