New favorite sauce!!!

This is my go-to recipe for horseradish sauce for my prime rib. The only difference between this and mine is I used bottled Beaver Brand Extra Hot Horseradish. I don’t know where I would buy fresh horseradish in my area. Just as good. Easy to control how hot you want it.

Great horseradish sauce. I used a jar of fresh horseradish instead of grating my own but it had the perfect amount of ‘bite’ to it and was the most delicious accompaniment to my Christmas prime rib roast. My son, who is a “sauce freak”, begged me to make another batch up so he could take it home with his leftovers. I did and I will be making this again for sure.

Delicious and easy. Tastes better after sitting a day. Yummy you will use it on everything!

Delicious. Alton always has terrific recipes.  This sauce has just the right amount of heat and tartness to compliment beef.

Didn’t have freshly grated horseradish so I used a prepared Horseradish sauce. Still delic!

The best for family… kicking the Prime Rib up a notch! Bam… make the day before … let it get happy!

We made this to go with Prime Rib over the holidays for the last two years and it is requested by kids age 5 to 85 every year. A real winner, but is so much better when made the day before serving.
