I added more ginger and garlic, a dash of fresh ground black pepper, and 2 tbsps of rice wine vinegar. Delicious
My wife is the salmon fan. Best I’ve ever had.
I baked in the oven about 20 minutes or so. The marinade had a good flavor.
This recipe is great grilled, baked or fried.
Made as receipe recommended, was excellent. Next time might add more ginger.
This is now my go to salmon recipe. I usually squeeze a clementine or a touch of sweet chili sauce if I don’t have juice.
made with trout.
This is our go-to date night or special occasion dinner more often than not. we pair w/ wild rice and asparagus for a tasty and somewhat fancy adult meal.
I omitted the OJ and used fresh grated ginger and minced garlic. It came out delicious. I will definitely use this recipe again.
very easy and very tasty. Loved it.
Very tasty reminds us both of Chinese or Japanese sauce. I did a tiny bit changes I shredded fresh ginger instead of powder one and I added squashed garlic about 4 of them instead of garlic powder. I used low sodium soy sauce instead of regular one and grilled it on the indoor grill. I marinated my salmon with skin on for 5 and half hours. turned out very yummy and delicious.
Delicious! I marinated the salmon overnight, which I think was key because I’ve marinated salmon for 60 minutes in the past and it just didn’t have nearly this much flavor. Pan seared it skin side up for about 3 min, and then placed it in the oven to finish it off.? Perfecto!
Absolutely delicious! I did not substitute any ingredients. Great flavor. Will make again for sure
Awesome ! Didn’t make any changes to marinade recipe. Ended up marinating it for 1 hour. Baked in the oven on a foil lined pan at 350° for 25 minutes, due to the 2 feet of snow outside. Delicious!!!! My husband loved it. Will be making this again. I might try the marinade on some chicken pieces.
We liked this and I didn’t make any changes. Served with wild rice and slaw.
Easy and delicious I actually baked mine and it still was amazing
I have used this recipe many times and it is a huge hit. I tinker with a lot of recipes but not this one. Perfect just the way it is
I used a little more honey and green onions….OMG, this marinade was amazing. Best salmon I’ve had yet!
Perfect- I baked at 350 for 15 minutes- then broiled for 4 – then let it sit on the stove top for 5 more. I plan to add more honey over the top next time.
One of our favorites!
excellent!!! had to grill a little longer, but it was so worth it!
