Delish!!! 2Tbl confectioners sugar is perfect!!
worked amazing
It wasn’t quite sweet enough, so I doubled the sugar to 2 Tbl powdered sugar. Otherwise, perfect. Just gotta know when to stop and when to whip more. The first time, It was kind of heavy. But that’s because I didn’t whip it quite enough.
I never realized how easy this is! I really like the vanilla, which makes me think of flavors to match cream pies. It looks incredible, also! Get ready for the compliments!!!
Great consistency. I added a 1/4 cup of sugar however.
Easy and fast recipe. Doubled the sugar and still a very light flavor. Used it on top of a homemade key lime pie which was tart, so the balance was good. Tip…after chilling bowl/whisk for 10min, I put ice packs under the mixing bowl to keep chilled while mixing. Worked like charm and it whipped up fast!
This recipe was great and it was quick and easy.
Mine turned out too thin. Googling why this happens there are so many things that can go wrong like using light cream vs heavy cream or whipping cream and chilling of utensils.
It was easy and quick to make. It wasn’t too sweet. Went perfect with our strawberries.
Yum!
super easy to make. I added a 1/4 tsp of unsweetened coco to got a hint of chocolate. Not to week and not to strong. again just to get a hint of chocolate.
Great recipe. Added about 1/2 cup of powder sugar.
Over all It was good . I would add a tiny more sugar to it next time .
i have made this for years. works great at the holiday dinners especially. people love homemade whipped cream in place of cool whip.
I added a very heaping Tbs of cream cheese and an extra tsp of confectioners sugar. Very easy. Perfect on waffles and crepes!
This was super simple and turned out simply amazing! I’ll never buy Cool Whip again. . .
I made only one change, I put my 8 cup Pyrex bowl w handle and 2 beater attachments off my hand mixer into refrigerator for 15 minutes to get cold while I got out the other ingredients. Then I made this fantastic easy recipe! I admit I might of added in extra confectionary sugar I love this recipe! I printed this out for each of my teenagers recipe 3 inch book binders of all our favorites traditions, foods and desserts. Slide each page in a clear plastic page protector in binders for each so I didn’t forget.
I found that the recipe needed two more tsp. of confectioners sugar, and another tsp. of vanilla. It was easy to make. Yes, definately chill the bowl and beaters beforehand.
Recipe worked well for coffee jelly. Made it with a stand mixer and whisk attachment. Do be sure to freeze your bowl before making
I added vanilla and used 4 oz. of heavy cream with one Tbsp. of C&H Baker’s Sugar. Delicious
Made it exactly as stated and it turned out very good! It’s easier than it sounds!
