I made this last night so that it would be ready for this mornings coffee. The cinnamon sinks to the bottom so you’ll need to shake the container each time you use it. On that note, I didn’t care for the cinnamon flavor with this. It just didn’t belong in my opinion. This is a simple recipe and one I will make again but next time I will omit the cinnamon and add an extra teaspoon of vanilla.
I love this, it is delicious but I will leave out the ground cinnamon the next time. It floated on the top initially then sunk to the bottom and got slimy. I’ll add the cinnamon to my coffee grounds like I used to. Or maybe use a cinnamon stick instead of the ground cinnamon.
