Italian cream soda produced at home, just as in Italian restaurants! You can use any flavor of drink syrup, however raspberry is my personal favorite.

Ingredients
- 10 ounces club soda
- 4 ounces heavy cream
- 4 fluid ounces raspberry syrup
- 2 cups ice cubes, or as needed
Instructions
- Stir together club soda, heavy cream, and raspberry syrup in a pitcher. Fill 2 tall glasses with ice and pour cream mixture on top.
- I have made this recipe for 30 people. It can all be mixed in a punch bowl and people will be coming back for seconds, thirds, and fourths!!

I accidentally grabbed the white chocolate syrup bottle and poured that into the soda/cream mixture. Not wanting to throw it away I went ahead and added the raspberry syrup. Turned out to be a delicious mistake! Loved the white chocolate/raspberry combo.
