This recipe was developed after I had my first black bean vegetarian burger and thought I needed to learn how to cook one. However, I changed my mind and went with a vegetarian black bean meatloaf instead. This recipe, which is based on a 4-ounce portion, might be used to create twelve 4-ounce burgers rather than a single meatloaf.

I made this for dinner and just halved the recipe since I was cooking for 4…… followed recipe and it was a hit!!!…goes great with Hawaiian rolls and fresh cut up veggies. it’s hard to find something everyone likes and this is definitely one of them! Thank you for sharing!!!
I followed the recipe and it was delicious. Nothing needs to change.
Accidentally bought Meatless Meatballs – no one knew. Turned out great. I also did them in a slow cooker for a couple hours.
Cooked these in the slow cooker. Turned out delicious
These are AMAZING. They have become a holiday staple appetizer in my house. This year my dad (jokingly) told me that he wouldn’t come for Christmas if I didn’t make these meatballs lol
