Ingredients

  1. 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  2. 2 tablespoons melted butter
  3. 2 teaspoons Hidden Valley Original Ranch Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  2. If thinner chicken breasts are desired, place chicken between two sheets of heavy plastic on a solid, level surface. Firmly pound chicken with the smooth side of a meat mallet to a 3/4-inch thickness.
  3. Place chicken into a large baking dish. Brush with melted butter on both sides, then season all over with ranch seasoning mix. Drizzle any remaining butter over top.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven until chicken is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, 18 to 20 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
  5. Feel free to use olive oil instead of butter.
