These deviled eggs with sour cream are a huge hit with my husband and kids. Since I cooked them for a potluck at work, many have asked me for my recipe. You’re doing better than I ever could if you can keep folks away from them. How quickly you shell your eggs will determine how long I spend preparing this. Since I have two girls, we finish this in approximately 30 minutes (cooking time excluded).

Total Time: | 1 hr |

Yield: | 1 2-pound baked brie |
Ingredients
- ¾ teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 2 ounces thinly sliced salami, chopped
- 1 (2.2 pound) wheel Brie cheese
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
- water
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Mix together parsley, garlic, rosemary, thyme, marjoram, and salami. Slice the Brie in half crosswise, so you have two wheels. Spread the salami and herb mixture on one of the cut sides and top with the other half of the Brie wheel. Place the Brie in the center of the sheet of puff pastry. Fold the puff pastry up and over the Brie, pressing to secure the pastry together using a little bit of water if necessary. Brush the pastry with beaten egg.
- Bake the pastry in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
- If you want to get fancy you can use a cookie cutter and cut out a shape to put on top if you have extra pastry. I usually do a heart for Valentine’s Day!

So delicious! Everyone loved it. Definitely we’ll be having this again
Turned out very well for a Christmas party. The ladies raved about it and it was gone within minutes. Success.
This was devoured at our house not even a crumb left, everyone loved it! Recipe does not specify what type of pan to use so I used a pizza stone and it worked perfectly. I used spices in quantities listed butiIf you do not like spices listed I think you could substitute just about anything into this recipe and it would still be delicious. I will absolutely make this again.
Really delicious. I don’t care for rosemary but it really went well in this. I had to use prosciutto crudo (didn’t have salame). Cooking time was right on, 30 minutes on the dot. Thank you Tiffany for the recipe.
excellent! this was the first brie that I made( I made the puff pastry as well). It was fantastic the herbs and salami together were perfect! It was a hit at my party.
Delicious ! Very rich though. We used ‘herbs de provence’ blend instead of what was mentioned in the recipe. Would definitely make again.
