I actually have a question. I don’t buy fresh herbs but do buy the bottles of dry herbs. Can I replace the fresh with the dry?

Was good, but need to cut back (by half) on parsely and basil.

Super easy and delicious.  I added a big splash of lemon juice, because I light the brightness and intrigue that lemon adds.  Served it with Rainforest Crisps (Rosemary, Raisin, Pecan Crackers), which I also made (also easy, and about $7 if you buy ’em in the store!)  Enjoy!

I doubled this wonderful spread, shaped it into a face and covered it with shaved ham for a delightful but scary mummys face for our halloween party! fantastic. what’s not to love about ham and cheese

Made this simple, but oh so delightful spread for a cocktail party. This was a real hit with everyone. I suggest making it one day ahead of serving…the flavors were even more enhanced the next day after the party….I will certainly be making this spread again. Enjoy!

Great spread! I made this for New Year’s Eve. The spread was gone before the NYC ball dropped in Times Square. My family ate this like it was going out of style. Simple, tasty and super easy to make. We enjoyed this with assorted crackers and a bunch of appetizers. Nothing better than making a side dish that everyone raves about.

Made this for my ladies week-end up north and some left took to work everyone loved it. Served it with plain bagels. Thanks for a great recipe. One Old & One young cat
