All you need for a quick appetizer are wonton wrappers and Boursin. Please feel free to substitute your favorite herbs with the garlic and fine herbs I used.

Reviews
The recipe description says this is perfect for beef or lamb so I met in the middle and used it for wild duck. Worked just fine and really the only thing it was missing was salt.
This marinade was not good at all. It made my meat too tough and we ended up throwing it out!
