Love, the simple syrup is good but for my taste I use half of the sugar, then it’s perfect.

This margarita is awesome! Everyone loved it! I decided to use the whole spiced simple syrup recipe and made a pitcher to make it easier as another reviewer suggested. My ratio was the entire simple syrup recipe (about 9oz), 1&1/4c Tequila (start with 1c and see how you like it), 1/2c lime juice, 10 dashes orange bitters. For serving I filled the glasses with ice cubes, poured the margarita in, added a lime wedge, grated a little fresh nutmeg on top (another reviewer suggestion, thanks). I steeped my syrup about 3 hours. It is a sweet margarita but even my “original on the rocks with salt rim loving” husband loved this. Definitely a regular at Thanksgiving from now on!

Delicious! Make it every thanksgiving. Perfectly subtle warm spicy notes.

Very nice! The only thing I will change next time is to reduce the sugar syrup by half an ounce. I found the recipe a bit too sweet for my palate. Otherwise, a lovely variation on a favorite theme. Thanks, Bobby!

Oh my goodness!  This is a GREAT margarita.  I used some spiced Cherry Bitters that were Bourbon Barrel Aged from Woodford Reserve and it made for a wonderful combination.  Based on the previous reviews, I steeped the simple syrup with the spices all afternoon.  Such a fabulous conclusion to the end of the Thanksgiving preparation day!!  This is my first review, ever, due to my enthusiasm for this cocktail.  Thank you, Bobby Flay!!!
