A common dessert in the cuisines of the former Ottoman Empire is tulumba. It is a fried, syrup-drenched pastry.

These. Are. Amazing!?! I prefer to make this sandwich while the hard boiled are still warm. As is: recipe is simple, quick to make, hearty and tasty! On my second sandwich, sprinkled a little Everything Bagel seasoning onto the cream cheese layer before adding the eggs and hot sauce. This add, for me, was the bomb! I plan to make many more times in the future. Maybe experiment with different cream cheeses. Thank you for sharing this recipe!

This was an amazing sandwich! Usually I would ALWAYS add mayonnaise on mine. But this was delicious with the cream cheese, a slice of American cheese, lettuce and some salt. Sometimes I also add slice cucumber or slice green pepper. Highly reccommend!

This was a delicious change for breakfast. Warmed cream cheese and hard boiled egg go very well together. I used sourdough bread. Served with an avocado, this is a power breakfast.

Such a good breakfast recipe! This is great with hot sauce as the recipe states but is also delicious with a spicy salsa for added veggies (which we also tried). We are adding this to our normal breakfast rotation!

Having this for lunch. Easy and tasty. Added more hot sauce. Next time I think I’ll use an herb cream cheese

I’ve eaten many fried egg sandwiches but never a boiled egg sandwich! It’s delicious! I didn’t actually measure the butter or cream cheese; I just got some on my knife and spread it on the toast. I also added more hot sauce. This is an easy recipe to adjust to one’s own taste. I’ll definitely make this one again!

Great idea for a quick sandwich. I used whole wheat bread and left off the butter. I did use salt and pepper, but took the picture before I remembered to sprinkle it on. I also ended up adding a leftover tomato slice I had. So yummy! Thanks!

Simple and delicious. I don’t usually make sandwiches from hard-boiled eggs, but had one left that I needed to use up so went looking for ideas. I intend to keep on making this sandwich in the future.
